Ben Wood

Ben is a teacher at heart. No matter the subject, they’ve always loved sharing their knowledge with whomever they can. They are from Richmond, VA and have worked as a professional climbing instructor since 2019.
Ben loves any form of climbing, but they prefer lengthy trad routes with a good view at the top. They’d describe their teaching style as hands-on, understanding, and concise. Ben has also worked as a manager and instructor at multiple indoor climbing gyms.
When they aren’t out climbing, you can find Ben in the woodshop, pottery studio, or at home learning to play bass. They are currently working towards their Bachelor’s in Craft and Material Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
